What impressed me is they had done video research on the actual kitchen cabinetsâ ¦.I mean Iâ m sure cabinets are similar but every manufacturer has their own way of production, install & operation. This next day they reached out to let me know they were on the wayâ ¦.they were running ahead of schedule & showed up a few minutes early. Early that evening they reached out with their estimate for repair & we set up an appointment for the next day to complete the repair. They took note of the issues and let me know theyâ d reach out later that evening with a proper estimate. When they arrived I had a few drawers which were not closing properly and the face of a folding corner cabinet door off on less than one year old cabinets. We had a 12pm appointment & they were running a bit behind on their previous appointment, about 10am they reached out to let me know they were running about an hour behind & would arrive by 1pmâ ¦they reached out before they left prior appt to let me know they were on the way & were here by 12:30! What I appreciate most was their professionalism & communication.
